The simplicity that holds everything together.
Stapling
Metal fastener
Essential, fast, efficient: the metal staple is the ideal solution for booklets, magazines, pamphlets, and manuals up to medium thickness, where lightness and practicality must coexist with good stability. We use high-precision automatic staplers that insert one or more perfectly centered staples, even on smaller formats or more delicate papers. Optical registration systems verify the alignment between the central fold and the staple, preventing misalignments that would compromise the opening or appearance of the product.
Archiving and durability
We work with both standard staples and omega staples, the ring version designed for orderly archiving in binders, useful in technical, educational, and corporate settings. The metal used is treated to resist humidity and wear, ensuring long-lasting durability even for documents frequently consulted or exposed to variable environments.
The process is fast, but the control remains rigorous: because even the simplest systems require constant precision to achieve a neat, robust, and professional product.
Each service can be completed with assembly and finishing, with both bulk PVC and single PVC processing.
Department equipment
For metal staple binding, we are equipped with 4 automatic lines, designed to insert centered and regular staples continuously. Each line integrates optical registration systems and dedicated adjustments, ensuring stable fastening and precise alignment of folds.
What are the advantages?
The metal staple ensures an essential and stable binding, ideal for medium-thickness booklets and magazines. The precision in staple insertion maintains order, alignment, and cleanliness of the finished product. Each process integrates with different formats and also allows archiving through omega staples, making the booklet more practical, more orderly, and more resistant to daily use.
